Quality and Acceptance Manager

Ventia is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Acceptance Manager to join our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor construction activities and inspect installations to verify quality and adherence to design requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to quality and acceptance team members, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Establish and document acceptance criteria for wireless technical builds, including network configurations and equipment installations.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify quality, accuracy, and adherence to design requirements.
  • Perform quality control checks on materials, equipment, and workmanship to identify defects and deviations from specifications.
  • Develop internal standards that consolidate and clarify client requirements and train delivery teams to drive First Time Right outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities, and prepare detailed reports documenting findings and corrective actions taken.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications mobile wireless sector is essential.
  • Experience with carrier client acceptance processes in the mobile wireless sector is essential.
  • A background in quality control, quality assurance, and quality management.
  • Ability to conduct training on quality control processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated auditing skills.
  • Sound organisational, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and engagement with clients.
