Strategic Leader - Biosciences

The successful candidate will spearhead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in Australia and New Zealand.

Key objectives include:

  • Establishing business strategies and objectives to fuel expansion
  • Directing business activities to achieve short- and long-term business goals
  • Liaising with key customers and industry associations to foster partnerships
  • Preparing financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to inform decision-making
  • Leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring effective communication with regional and global teams
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10-15 years' experience in marketing and sales leadership
  • Demonstrated expertise in healthcare and/or life sciences industries
  • Proven leadership capabilities and analytical skills
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity
