
Court Administration Support Specialist

Becoming a Process Server or Enforcement Officer is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the legal system and serve the community. This role involves executing court orders, judgments, and warrants in an efficient and timely manner.

The Magistrates Court Act 1921 governs this position, which is authorized by the Magistrates Court. As a result, you will have the opportunity to work within a well-established framework while still contributing to the administration of justice.
