Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence in our retail store.

  • Coach and lead the Retail Team in providing high levels of customer service and advice on all pool related queries.
  • Perform water testing and provide advice on chemicals to correct water balance.
  • Manage and coordinate inventory management and special orders.
  • Liaise with Service team to book in customer site visits to troubleshoot pool issues.
  • Sales of new equipment, robotic pool cleaners and other equipment as required.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be supported by a close-knit leadership and operations team. Success in this role will be based highly on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and provide trusted advice and solutions.

Our retail store is one of the largest in Australia and provides trusted advice on all pool related queries and stocks a large range of robotic cleaners, pumps, chlorinators and other pool equipment and all pool related consumables and supplies.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience within the pool & spa industry.
  • High level attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to work unsupervised throughout all seasons.
  • Physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting (up to 20kg) is involved.
