$70,000 – $90,000 per year dependant on experience

About the Role

Our Retail Store is one of the largest in Australia and provides trusted advice on all pool related queries and stocks a large range of robotic cleaners, pumps, chlorinators and other pool equipment and all pool related consumables and supplies.

We are searching for an Experienced Retail Manager who is keen to lead our Retail Team and drive Operational Excellence in our Retail Store.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be supported by a close-knit leadership and operations team, your responsibilities will include:

Coach and lead the Retail Team in providing high levels of customer service and advice on all pool related queries

Performing water testing and providing advice on chemicals to correct water balance

Managing and coordinating inventory management and special orders

Liaise with Service team to book in customer site visits to troubleshoot pool issues

Sales of new equipment, robotic pool cleaners and other equipment as required

Day to day team management including team training, rosters, leave management and

Success in this role will be based highly on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and provide trusted advice and solutions.
