Opportunity exists for an experienced Project and Change Delivery Officer to join our team on a contract basis.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining project documents, including reporting dashboards, risk and issues registers, document management, updating and version control of project delivery framework tools and templates. They will also be responsible for maintaining project and plan schedules, monitoring deadlines for each task and reporting any identified or potential delays to the branch leadership.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing change impact and business change readiness assessments, transition to BAU plans with guidance, contributing to change management planning and strategy and approach;
  • Preparing, with guidance, project and change documentation, presentations, and data analysis, including edits and formatting to address audience and stakeholder requirements;
  • Completing a range of diverse activities and tasks, as directed, related to planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation and evaluation of complex multi-disciplinary projects within the Agency and with external stakeholders;
