In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the delivery excellence and client leadership across diverse portfolios. You will be the central point of accountability for both client satisfaction and project delivery.

You will lead the delivery of integrated campaigns and digital experiences, managing cross-functional teams and complex programs spanning strategy, creative, data, and technology. Your work will drive growth for our clients and our agency.

  • Manage high-profile, integrated campaigns and digital projects across multiple client portfolios.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define project requirements and develop compelling proposals.
  • Lead the creation of briefs, statements of work (SoWs), timelines, estimates, and resourcing plans.
  • Allocate and manage cross-functional resources, balancing team capacity with client priorities.
  • Ensure high-quality execution across all phases—managing scope, budget, timelines, and risk.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, provide clear updates, and manage client expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, acting as the go-to delivery expert.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor producers to drive delivery excellence across the portfolio.
  • Contribute to the evolution of delivery best practices, tools, and processes within the agency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building deep client relationships that lead to long-term growth and innovation.
  • Translate client needs into actionable briefs that inspire bold, effective work across channels.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and workshops—driving outcomes, not just discussions.
  • Identify and grow new opportunities within accounts, expanding our footprint and impact.

Key Requirements Include:

6+ years in a digital, creative, or integrated agency environment.

Proven track record managing complex digital projects and integrated campaigns across web, social, CRM, and content.

Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Asana, Workbook).

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to simplify complexity and build trust.

Commercial acumen—understands how delivery decisions impact profitability and client satisfaction.
