As a Real Estate Professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and expertise in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist on a range of engagements across corporate advisory, special situations, development management and investment management.
  • Undertake detailed financial modelling and analysis.
  • Assist with due-diligence investigations on various assets classes.
  • Conduct research and analysis of various asset sectors and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in property or finance/commerce.
  • 1 -2 years experience in the property or finance sector.
  • Experience in property analytics, deal advisory, valuations or banking/non-bank lending.
  • Possess strong analytical and research skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
