About the RoleThe Operations Services Training administrator will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of employees to site, processing qualifications, and loading them into the Learning Management System (LMS). This role will also involve external training bookings, reporting, and troubleshooting LMS and related systems issues.
Key Responsibilities- Administration tasks to support employee onboarding
- Qualification processing and loading into LMS
- External training bookings and coordination
- Reporting and data analysis
- Troubleshooting LMS and related systems issues
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in a similar administrative role. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, basic SAP experience, and expertise in Microsoft systems such as Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook.
