About this role

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to support the setup, management, and quality control of data for a large-scale research clinical trial.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create, test, and maintain data collection instruments in research databases.
  • Manage data flows, including exports, imports, and updates.
  • Develop data cleaning protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide technical support to researchers during data collection.
  • Monitor data quality and perform routine audits and validations.
  • Collaborate with research staff to ensure compliance with study protocols and data governance requirements.
  • Prepare clean datasets for analysis.
  • Maintain records of data collection activities and any data issues encountered.
  • Assist in preparing data reports for internal tracking and safety monitoring.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Data Science, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with research data management systems, preferably REDCap or similar.
  • Proficient skills in MS Excel and at least one data analysis tool.
  • Experience working in a research environment and familiarity with national ethical standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and experience with large data sets.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.
