Job Description:
The Administration Manager will oversee the seamless execution of payroll, subcontractor payments, and customer invoicing across our NSW Transport network. This dynamic role requires flexibility to work across two key sites located at Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek.

  • Manage and validate time and attendance data in Workforce Dimensions (Kronos) for payroll and labour hire.
  • Check, validate, and approve weekly payroll reports before submission.
  • Oversee subcontractor payments and customer invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, issuing credits or adjustments as required.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise, train, and support administration staff to ensure high performance.
  • Manage accounts payable, reconcile revenue, and handle outstanding debts.
  • Document and maintain site and operations system procedures.
