As a Disability Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support and care to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their goals.

About This Role

  • Pursuing a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care Support is highly recommended
  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate is required
  • A Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are mandatory

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience when working with clients and their families.
