Ad Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role is a highly motivated and skilled professional with expertise in digital campaign management. We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the Ad Operations team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of digital campaigns across multiple clients.

The role involves:

  • Product: Timely and accurate delivery of digital campaign implementation across multiple agencies
  • People: Lead day-to-day relationships with media planners and buyers to ensure timelines are met and expectations are managed
  • Process: Ensure best-in-class process and 100% accuracy for all digital campaigns

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising operations, with experience in managing digital campaigns and leading teams. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within an ad ops team
  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Highly numerate and organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
