Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial bakery or similar environment and possess strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing, baking, and decorating a variety of bread, pastries, and biscuits while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. They will also be expected to monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed.

The Baker will work closely with the team to develop new recipes and product offerings, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery or similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
