About the Role

This is a full-time position offering variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real impact in advancing clinical trials.


  • Provide high-quality nursing care to trial participants.
  • Perform phlebotomy, cannulation, and study procedures per protocol.
  • Coordinate trial activities from start-up to close-out in line with GCP, TGA, and NHMRC standards.
  • Support participant recruitment, consent and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage study materials and prepare for audits/monitoring.
  • Act as a key liaison for patients, investigators and sponsors.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:


  • A current AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 2 years' post-registration nursing experience.
  • Phlebotomy and cannulation skills essential.
  • Strong patient care, organisation and communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Previous clinical research experience an advantage but not essential.
