Project Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project management services to our clients.
Your primary role will be to work closely with clients, partners, and stakeholders to design and manage the efficient delivery of legal services. This will involve working on large and complex legal matters, managing matter teams and third parties, and tracking progress against matter plans and budgets.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience of project management in consultancy or professional services firms.
- Experience of the whole project lifecycle of legal matters, including scoping, scheduling, costing, resourcing, communications, quality, and risk.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with a track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced organisational and influencing skills, flexibility of style, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of initiative and independent judgment, with excellent troubleshooting, decision-making, and follow-through skills.
- APM, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certifications.
