We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at Baseline Onsite Wembley Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical assessments and care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre-employment medical assessments, including audiometry, spirometry, visual acuity, drug and alcohol screening, and immunizations.
- Manage and maintain clinic medical stock, including medications and equipment.
- Screen and triage calls received on the emergency phone line for doctors.
- Participate in the Baseline Onsite Clinical Governance Committee and assist with clinical governance administration duties.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical clinical records.
- Dispense, manage, and dispose of medications in accordance with licensing conditions and company requirements.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in occupational health nursing or a similar role.
- Bachelor Degree of Nursing (or higher).
- Valid Advanced Life Support certification (issued within the last 4 years).
- National Immunisation Program Certificate.
- Experience or training in spirometry and audiometry.
- HLTPAT005 Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Certificate.
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months).
- WA Drivers Licence.
- High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Flexible and reliable.
