The Payroll Transformation Program is a key initiative within the People Services team, aimed at delivering a successful transformation of the payroll system.
This role will lead the business analysis practice and team for the Program, ensuring best-practice and consistency in business analysis across the program and throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
As Business Analysis Manager – Payroll Transformation, you will be accountable for business analysis throughout the SDLC by managing business process and business analyst resources to define business processes and requirements, specify and validate functional design/system configuration, perform functional system testing, support user acceptance testing and participate in and support change management and user training activities relevant to the domain.
This involves collaboration, consistency, and alignment across the program and domain to avoid silo effects, as well as participating in overall program management and contributing to the successful delivery of the Payroll Transformation Program.
You will also lead a high-performing team to provide valuable consulting services and bridge the gap between the Business and Technology teams.
This role requires strategic and commercial thinking, sophisticated technical skills, as well as advanced stakeholder and people management skills to guide the strategy and execution of the Payroll Transformation Program.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
In addition, the successful individual will have experience in business analysis, including process definition, requirements specification, and testing.
