We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Manager to join our team at SAP SE. As a Cloud Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Operations engineers to provision and maintain SAP Cloud solutions, and building strategic partnerships with internal decision makers to ensure business-critical and innovative outcomes are successfully achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Operations engineers to provision and maintain SAP Cloud solutions
  • Build strategic partnerships with internal decision makers to ensure business-critical and innovative outcomes are successfully achieved
  • Develop and implement action plans to ensure delivery against strategy
  • Make day-to-day decisions within the team
  • Lead by example, share knowledge, and work collaboratively with direct reports
  • Provide technical input and guidance and regularly apply expertise in day-to-day activities
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of working with the Australian Security Standards – ISM, PSPF, and DSPF
  • Sound professional experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
  • Acts with sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and political awareness
  • Demonstrates all management responsibilities: create the future; build a team; develop people; manage performance
