Commercial Leadership Opportunity

A high-impact commercial role awaits an experienced finance professional who can shape the future of key divisions.

The Commercial Manager will partner with divisional leaders to deliver financial planning, forecasting, and strategic insights. This is a true value-add role combining commercial acumen, financial leadership, and integration responsibilities.

  1. Develop and review budgets, forecasts, and long-term growth models.
  2. Provide commercial support through competitor analysis, market trends, and business cases for investment.
  3. Drive performance improvement by analysing financial and operational results.
  4. Recommend productivity and cost-saving initiatives.
  5. Establish and embed financial and governance processes in line with Group standards.
  6. Support deal execution of bolt-on acquisitions and play a key role in post-deal integration.
Key Requirements
  • 8–10 years' experience in a commercial finance environment.
  • Professional qualifications such as CA / CPA / CFA.
  • Ideal exposure to product-based or multi-entity environments.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including use of BI and reporting tools.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and present insights with clarity.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
