Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a full-time Duty Manager position. As part of our team, you will have opportunities for training and career progression.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide clear directions and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear directions and monitor policy/procedure compliance
  • Ensure food & service standards are to a high quality
  • Manage staff operations including filling shifts & labour management
  • Manage stock, inventory and cash
  • Communicate and work alongside the management team

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Food Safety Supervisor, RSA
  • Ability to supervise staff implement leadership skills
  • Cash, stock and labour control skills
  • Dispute management/conflict resolution skills
  • Flexibility across work days/hours
