
Strategic Mortgage Broker Success Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Services Business Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping a defined portfolio of Loan Market brokers grow more productive, profitable, and sustainable businesses.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Business Coaching and Growth Enablement: Conduct structured business planning sessions, deliver tailored coaching based on performance, goals, and stage of business maturity.
- Revenue, Productivity, and Diversification: Identify growth levers including lead generation, conversion optimisation, and referral partnerships, help brokers develop customer acquisition strategies and increase lifetime value.
- Compliance and Operational Health: Support brokers in collaboration with compliance coaches to remain compliant and safe, drive adoption and optimal usage of MyCRM and core systems.
- Engagement and Capability Building: Ensure consistent participation in professional development days, conferences, and state training programs, collaborate with training specialists to identify and address skills gaps.
- Internal Collaboration and Broker Advocacy: Be the broker's advocate within the organisation, ensure needs and blockers are escalated and addressed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior financial services, business coaching, or mortgage broking, with a minimum of 3 years' experience improving performance across multiple businesses. They will possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to motivate and hold brokers accountable while building high-trust relationships.
