We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. As a Physiotherapist Grade 2, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy management to patients in a variety of settings, including home, ward, or clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, treat, and evaluate patients to develop and implement effective physiotherapy plans.
- Provide comprehensive allied health therapy to patients and carers in their own homes, aligning with their expressed goals of care and healthcare needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Relevant clinical experience, ideally including community-based programs.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, negotiation, and teaching.
- Experience working with patients with multiple comorbidities that impact safety, function, and independence.
- Passion for continually improving and a solutions-focused approach to improve service delivery.
