**About This Role**

We help our customers by taking the stress away of selling second-hand items, offering value for money on a range of products and finance solutions. Our passion for helping people continues beyond our customers, as we also believe in supporting our staff to grow and develop with us.

**About You**

To succeed in this position, you'll need to be a people person who has a great sense of humour, is street-smart and loves getting to know customers and showing care for helping others. If you enjoy helping locals and making a difference in your community, we'd like to hear from you. Customer service skills, attention to detail and computer skills are highly regarded.

**What We're Looking For**

This role involves providing an excellent customer experience while offering personal finance solutions full-time. A typical day will involve:

  • Engaging with customers through respectful and empathetic interactions to build trust.
  • Complying with responsible lending guidelines and procedures to ensure loans meet policy and legislative requirements.
  • Promoting Personal Finance throughout the store to generate new business.
  • Answering questions about Personal Finance with honesty and transparency.
  • Working towards achieving individual and store targets.

**Your Career Path**

This role may start as a Customer Service Assistant in Personal Finance, but your journey won't stop there. At our organisation, we encourage internal movements to facilitate growth and development. Our goal is for team members to be trained in various aspects of the business, including Retail, Webshop, Buys & Loans and Jewellery.
