EL1 Case Manager

This role involves leading a team and/or scope of work, including mentoring, supervising, training and supporting case management support staff.

The successful candidate will have strong judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.

They will also be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to strategic projects and policy development processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflow of case management support functions to ensure statutory timeframes and measures are met
  • Manage AAT Applications received by the agency, including allocation to case management teams and legal teams
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects and policy development processes
  • Contribute to preparation of reports, business cases, meeting submissions and correspondence
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Previous experience within a similar field with strong administration skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills along with excellent attention to detail
