Job Role Overview:

The role of EL1 Assistant Director Case Management involves overseeing the case management of highly complex AAT matters and developing recommendations for early resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake case management of complex AAT matters and develop strategies for effective resolution.
  • Obtain necessary information and advice to resolve AAT matters efficiently.
  • Attend Case Conferences, Conciliations, and Hearings conducted by the AAT.
  • Prepare documents detailing resolution options and outcomes at Case Management meetings.
  • Assess and respond to priority and risks, including risk to participants and Scheme sustainability.
  • Contribute to report writing, business case development, meeting submissions, and correspondence.
  • Maintain electronic record keeping, including evidence supporting decision-making processes and justifying conclusions reached during the case management process.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead a team and/or a scope of work, including mentoring, supervising, training, and supporting junior Case Managers.

This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension. Only Australian citizens are eligible to apply.
