Lead Educator and Team Manager
">About the Role
- You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth in children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.
- Your role will involve leading a team of educators, ensuring quality outcomes, and promoting strong relationships with families.
About Our Service
- We operate in a single-story facility with 5 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas.
- Our service is open from 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday–Friday.
- You will have access to our platform, which enhances communication with families about their child's development and encourages active participation.
- Lead a team of educators and foster a positive learning environment
- Drive quality outcomes for children
- Foster strong relationships with families
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal frameworks
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar
- $8,000 retention bonus on offer (terms and conditions apply)
