Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable by matching, tracking, posting and following up invoices/claims
  • Assist in work order approvals and systems compliance checks
  • Review and pre-processing of timesheets against EBA requirements
  • Organise staff and client functions and weekly team lunches
