Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Care Services Employee to join our team. As a key member of our care services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to participants and clients.

Your primary focus will be on optimising their health and wellbeing, comfort, safety and independence. You will deliver holistic personal care that meets the needs and preferences of our participants and clients, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

You will contribute to a positive workplace culture, maintain effective teamwork and attend required training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver personal care to participants and/or clients in a safe and effective manner, meeting their needs and maximising their health and wellbeing.
  • To deliver care services complying with OSAN Ability policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aging or Disability) is required for this role.

Experience in working in a team environment is highly desirable.

A valid Unrestricted Drivers Licence and access to an insured motor vehicle would be advantageous.

Fluent and literate in English is essential.

Familiarity with disability support and aged care is highly regarded.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently under limited supervision is also required.
