Salary Package

The base salary for this role is $70,084 per annum (based on qualifications and experience). Additionally, you will receive 11.5% Super + access to salary packaging, increasing your take-home pay.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing the onboarding process, coordinating training activities, and providing comprehensive support throughout the traineeship. The primary purpose of this position is to support and guide trainees to help them successfully complete their Certificate level qualification.

You will be responsible for leading the mentoring program for Indigenous Employment and Training Programs, monitoring the progress of trainees, discussing future workforce needs with current employers, and working collaboratively with Managers to negotiate positive outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III or IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care.
  • National Police clearance.
  • Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or willingness to apply.
  • Working with Disability Card (Yellow or NDIS Card) or willingness to apply.
  • Driver's License.
  • Immunisation.
  • Evidence of working rights.
  • Medicare provider number.
