Technician - Lube Truck Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technician - Lube Truck to join our NSW (Central Region) team. This role will involve traveling to customers' sites to provide minor service and repairs, as well as draining and replacing fluids for our products' engines, transmissions, and hydraulics.

The position will require working Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 4pm, with regular overtime available. In addition to overtime, you will receive a tool allowance, a phone, laptop, and tool of trade vehicle. Komatsu uniforms will also be provided.

The Role
  • Machine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of the design and function of Komatsu equipment.
  • Complete work to a professional standard and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with customers as necessary and report on customer interactions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of timesheets, service reports, and relevant documentation.

Requirements
  • Current MR Drivers Licence.
  • Certified Diesel Tradesperson or Mobile Plant.
  • Previous experience with Komatsu equipment would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills for both internal and external customers.
  • An excellent understanding and commitment to safety and environment.
  • Ability to work remotely and with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge/skills.
  • Forklift Certification.
  • Working at Heights Certification.
