Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that promote exploration, discovery, and play-based learning.
  • Collaborate with other professional Educators and Teachers to share best practices and learn from each other.
  • Work in well-resourced environments that support the needs of both children and Educators.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in early childhood education (desirable).
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
