Aboriginal Medical Service Manager

This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our Aboriginal Medical Service. You will use your skills to lead people, optimise patient care delivery, and support culturally appropriate services for the local community.
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Supervise, support, and develop administrative and clinical staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and operational standards and policies
We are looking for an experienced leader who can:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and community stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Practice or Clinic Management
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
- High-level organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
