Site Supervisor

We're seeking a seasoned construction expert to manage multiple residential building sites across Parramatta and Greater Western Sydney.

This is an opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee daily site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising high-volume residential builds, with a strong background in carpentry and building management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee site operations, coordinating with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, office staff, and construction managers.
  • Manage site documentation, inspections, and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supervising residential volume builds.
  • Carpenter by trade, with a Cert IV in Building & Construction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sites.
  • A proactive approach, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
