About the Role
We are seeking a talented Key Worker to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Key Worker, you will be responsible for delivering interventions to NDIS participants, specifically children aged 0-8, and their families. Your expertise will be crucial in driving positive change for these children and their families.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant tertiary qualification and registration. This may include an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, or Educator background. You will also need:
• Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
• Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
• A positive and flexible approach to work
• Strong communication skills and be a team player
• Commitment to personal and professional growth
• A valid Australian drivers license
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Working with Childrens Check
