About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Key Worker to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering interventions to NDIS participants, specifically children aged 0-8, and their families in Greater Western Sydney and surrounding areas.

About the Position

This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) opportunity that requires a positive and flexible approach to work. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide therapy in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds and community centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide therapy in diverse settings
  • Document and bill for each session

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registration
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
  • Strong communication skills and a positive approach to work
