Job Title and Salary Range
We are seeking a senior Lawyer or Senior Associate with experience across all aspects of real estate activity to join our high-performing team in Brisbane. The estimated salary range for this role is between $200,000 to $300,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
About You
- 4-7 years' commercial property law experience gained within a quality firm or in-house.
- Experience with acquisitions and disposals; large infrastructure projects and renewables work beneficial.
- Transactional commercial real estate experience and an in-depth understanding of the issues that can arise on relevant transactions.
- A commercial approach and an ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a superior drafting ability.
- A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and interacting with clients.
