Housekeeping Coordinator

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at Mackillop House Norwest. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residents' living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor hospitality services, including laundry and cleaning, to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Act as a buddy to new members of the hospitality team to assist them in becoming familiar with the Home and requirements of the role.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and safety of the Home and address any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management, Aged Care Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service roles, preferably in an aged care setting.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices in aged care.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
