A Day in Your Role:

Delivering outstanding customer service is paramount in a dynamic airport retail environment. As a Beauty Advisor, you will represent our brand and empower customers to look and feel their best through informative and engaging interactions. You will utilize your beauty expertise alongside exceptional customer service skills to meet retail sales objectives. Additional responsibilities include personal development, maintaining store standards, providing insights on operations, and assisting with administrative tasks.

  • While a background in makeup artistry or previous retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who can demonstrate creativity and technical proficiency.

  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced setting is essential.
  • Prior experience with retail point-of-sale systems is beneficial.

About You:

· Strong retail customer service abilities

· Previous experience in a sales-driven environment is preferred

· Experience in a beauty retail setting is a plus

· Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills

· Availability to work a rotating schedule that includes early mornings and late nights is crucial

· Willingness to work on public holidays
