A Day in Your Role:

Delivering outstanding customer service is our primary focus in a dynamic airport retail environment. As a Beauty Consultant, you will represent our brand, helping customers look and feel their best through informative and engaging interactions. Your beauty expertise will be complemented by your ability to provide exceptional customer service and meet retail sales objectives. Responsibilities also include self-improvement, maintaining store aesthetics, providing feedback on operations, and assisting with administrative tasks.

  • While a background in makeup artistry or retail experience is advantageous, we welcome applicants with a strong creative and technical skill set.
  • All candidates must demonstrate the ability to deliver authentic and personalized customer service.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Prior experience with retail point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
  • Applicants must provide proof of eligibility to work in the country if selected for an interview.

About You:

· Exceptional customer service skills in a retail setting.

· Experience in a sales-driven environment is a plus.

· Previous experience in a beauty retail context is beneficial.

· Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.

· Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including early mornings and late nights.

· Availability to work on public holidays.
