What You Will Bring to the Role

You will be a true people person who is passionate, patient, empathetic and resilient.

Manufacturing, production or retail experience, operating machinery, supervising small teams and disability services knowledge beneficial.

Coaching and mentoring skills to empower employees through daily tasks and ensure they reach their full potential.

Excellent communication skills to present clear information to the team.

Forklift ticket and MR License desirable.
