Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our team. This exciting opportunity has just become available, offering a chance to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate production schedules to meet customer demands and operational targets
  • Enter new orders into the system and coordinate timely processing
  • Manage workflow into the manufacturing plant, adjusting schedules as needed to ensure efficient delivery timeframes
  • Work closely with internal staff, builders, and detailers to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays, advising the supervisor accordingly
Required Skills:
  • Proven background in production scheduling or a similar planning role
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities to quickly resolve issues under pressure
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable using or learning production scheduling software
  • Flexible and resilient when dealing with changing priorities and deadlines
