About The Role

This position involves leading and supervising a licensing team responsible for assessing, processing, and determining tobacco business licence applications to ensure compliance with legislation and policies. Key responsibilities include contributing to ongoing monitoring of higher-risk industry participants, addressing information requests, and assessing, investigating and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the licensing team to ensure effective delivery of regulatory services and high standards are maintained.
  • Contribute to ongoing monitoring of higher-risk industry participants and address information requests appropriately.
  • Assess, investigate and respond to routine enquiries and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
