About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Leader to join our team. As a key member of our design leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our design practice.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement design strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Lead complex design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this expertise to drive design innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions that meet client needs.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in a senior design leadership role, preferably in the A/E industry.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Strong understanding of design principles, theories, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with design software, including Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microstation/InRoads.
