The Role

We are seeking a Principal/Specialist Decision Scientist to lead and execute high-value decision science projects. In this role, you will work directly with clients, applying mathematical modeling and AI to solve operational and strategic problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced analytics and optimization solutions for industrial decision-making challenges.
  • Develop and apply mathematical programming, machine learning, and simulation techniques to solve real-world problems.
  • Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into analytical models and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in decision science, optimization, or advanced analytics, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Strong expertise in mathematical optimization and experience with CPLEX or Gurobi.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or Rust for data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with AI/ML techniques and their application in decision-making contexts.
