Business Central Solutions Architect

The role involves leading pre-sales engagements, conducting discovery sessions, and designing high-level solution architectures.
The successful candidate will have expertise in translating business needs into fit-for-purpose Business Central solutions, including integrations, extensions, and add-ons. They will work closely with functional consultants and technical teams to scope and validate solutions, leveraging knowledge from international teams to align best practices.
Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering tailored demonstrations, proposals, and Statements of Work, responding to RFPs and RFIs, and supporting strategic bids. The stakeholder engagement aspects of the role involve building trust with prospective clients, acting as a key technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, and working with account teams to co-sell and respond to joint opportunities.
Innovation and enablement are also key parts of the role, staying across Microsoft updates, AppSource solutions, and emerging tech. This includes presenting internal enablement sessions, contributing to reusable pre-sales assets and demos, and supporting the refinement of estimation tools, proposal templates, and sales collateral.
