Job Title: Electrical Design Manager – Adelaide We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Manager to join our team in Adelaide. Reporting to the Lead Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and engineering aspects of assigned projects. Key Objectives
  • Provide Technical Leadership: Offer technical problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary interface for internal and external interactions, offering technical advice and guidance to the team.
  • Enhance Project Quality: Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality, timing, cost-effectiveness, and innovation of design and delivery on assigned projects.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including design resources, project management, construction, and commissioning teams.
 Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous Project Leadership Experience: We require candidates with previous experience in project leadership.
  • University Degree: A university degree in Engineering with a focus on Energy is required.
  • Design and Engineering Expertise: Proven experience in Project and Design Leadership/Management is essential.
  • Availability: The ability to travel intrastate, interstate, or internationally as required is necessary.
