- Taking ownership of projects from site setup to final handover and defect rectification remains essential.
- Maintaining safe working environments – setting up sites to meet Workplace Health & Safety standards is paramount.
- Effective coordination of trades, subcontractors, and site employees ensures smooth project delivery.
- Achieving accurate site records, daily reporting, and facilitating effective toolbox talks are crucial.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders drives success.
The skills we require:
- Proven experience in delivering commercial construction projects as a Site Manager is vital.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders is critical.
- Relevant trade, tertiary, and safety qualifications are necessary for this role.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required.
