Job Title: DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining multiple SaaS platforms, ensuring operational efficiency through modular architecture and adaptable system design.

The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate software delivery pipelines, drive continuous improvement in release processes, and champion scalable automation, seamless tool integration, and continuous workflow refinement across dynamic environments.

  • Design, implement, and maintain multiple SaaS platforms, including the Atlassian suite, observability tools, and incident management systems.
  • Maintain and enhance the Observability Platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with security and operational standards.
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and configuration workflows for supported SaaS tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
  • Integrate SaaS platforms into existing DevOps pipelines, enabling seamless collaboration and continuous delivery across teams.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce organizational security policies and implement best practices across all tools and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in DevOps practices, automation, and cloud technologies.
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and observability tools.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to secure, scalable digital platforms serving millions across NSW.
