About the Role

  • Work with our Professional Services team to deliver services that meet our business customers' needs.">

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Provide technical support to Sales teams on hardware and software solutions as needed.">
  • Implement Canon solutions, including those for customers using both Canon and third-party products.">
  • Develop workshops, scope projects, and form solutions around Canon and partner products.">
  • E nsure customer-facing projects are productive and efficient.">
  • Identify, document, and report change requests and new opportunities to Sales.">
  • Support Sales during the pre-sales process.">
  • Track billable hours and share information with line Managers via relevant systems.">
  • Develop methodologies and standards within the Professional Services team.">
  • Coach other Services team members and Sales team in areas of expertise.">
  • Manage large implementations.">

About You

">

To be successful, you'll need IT experience and project management skills. A high level of understanding is required for Imaging, Document Management, Workflow, and similar technologies, Production Printing, and Colour Management.

You should have a proven ability to meet targets and deadlines effectively across multiple simultaneous projects. Key Skills & Experience include:

  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in Information Technology, IT systems integration, and/or Consulting.">
  • Able to contribute in several technical and consulting areas to complex customer situations and solutions.">
  • In-depth knowledge of standard IT environments and protocols used.">
  • Experience with printing/imaging solutions, preferably in Pre-Sales.">
  • A reasonably high level of business and organisational understanding, applied in the consulting and development environment.">
